- 2010: Expansion to warehouse capacity of 250 m² on same areal in Wuerzburg
- 2012: Move to Giebelstadt on 8.000 m² areal with bigger facility (750 m² administrative building and high-rack warehouse)
- 2013: certificaton as waste management company (Entsorgungsfachbetrieb) for dangerous and non dangerous wastes
- 2019/2020: Construction of new high-rack warehouse of 400 m² to store, handle, and recycle dangerous and non dangerous wastes
